Trimester 3 Schedule
Thursday, April 15th
On January 19th, the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) released guidance in the Ready Schools, Safe Learners (RSSL) document regarding COVID testing in schools. To further mitigate the risk of COVID-19 transmission, testing must now be made available in schools that are operating in-person and fall out of the green section in the RSSL metric. For the last two weeks the Tillamook School District has fallen in the yellow for the metric. Based on the RSSL metric this means that we must begin offering rapid testing to staff and students at both Tillamook Junior High and Tillamook High School who have the onset of symptoms while at school and have written consent for testing on record."

"...beginning on the 19th, the Junior High will begin rotating students between all classes throughout their day. They will remain in hybrid learning with M/W and T/Th cohorts.
In addition, at both the Junior High and High School student temperatures will no longer be taken at the door. We will ask that students screen themselves with the help of parents prior to coming to school.
We want to reassure you that we are committed to continued diligence in mitigating the virus and following all required safety protocols. In addition, we continue to communicate regularly with the local health authority. This has been an extremely challenging year for all of us. We want to thank each and every one of you for doing all that you can to support your children and our staff."
