END OF YEAR EVENTS
June 7th & 8th

Check your StudentVue to see what you need to get done to get your grade up!!!

Thurs., June 7th 9am-3pm :: 8th grade field day at Camp Wi-Ne-Ma​, for students passing all classes with a C or better.

• 9am Load busses
• Bring a lunch or one can be purchased through the school’s lunch program
• Bring swimsuit, towel, sunscreen and clothing for that day’s weather conditions. It is recommended to wear a t-shirt and shorts without any metal on the water slide. 
• Return to school by 3:15pm to catch the bus home. 

Thurs., June 7th :: 7th graders attend regular classes 

Fri., June 8th 8:15 – 11:30am :: 1/2 day of school 
Fri., June 8th :: 8th Grade Awards Assembly @ THS  8:30 am   Awards for academics, athletics, citizenship, improvement, etc. will be announced.  Every student will be recognized through the reading of the class roll.

• Students need to be in the auditorium by 8:15 am.  
• Parents may take their student directly to the high school for the assembly. 
• Students that ride the bus are to get off at the high school and report to the auditorium. 
• Any 8th grade students that arrive at TJHS will be transported to the high school.  
• Students will have reserved seating in the front.
• Students are encouraged to dress nicely for the assembly but every day school clothes are appropriate too.  Clothes must meet the TJHS dress code.  
• 7th graders can attend ceremony with a parent or adult.  7th graders will not be allowed to ride the bus over to the high school.
• After the assembly, students will have time to mingle with family and will be transported back to the Jr. High by 9:30 am. ​
